When we perform an earthwork or utility takeoff, you receive the hard data you need to build your own bid. This typically includes a clear, organized report of all precise material quantities (cubic yards of cut/fill, linear feet of pipe, tons of aggregate, etc.), along with color-coded cut and fill maps or visual reports generated directly from our industry-standard software.

Starting with the site plans you provide, we generate the precise takeoff data and build it into a complete, ready-to-review financial (bid) package.
