    As the majority owner and operational backbone of MY Estimating LLC, Julie bridges the gap between technical data and business efficiency. With a strong background in complex systems and technology, she ensures that the firm runs with the same precision as the estimates it produces.

    Julie manages the "business of the business"—from overseeing bid schedules and client communications to ensuring compliance and quality control. Her goal is to make the pre-construction process seamless for clients, ensuring that every proposal is delivered professionally and on time.

    Passionate about the intersection of local industry and modern efficiency, Julie is driving MY Estimating to become a premier Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) in the New England construction market.

    FOUNDER/MANAGER/LEAD ESTIMATOR

    Role: Chief Estimator & Co-Founder

    Focus: Earthwork, Utilities, & Site Development

    Mike brings a "boots on the ground" perspective to the estimating desk. With years of deep experience in the sitework and utility sectors, Mike understands that a successful project isn’t just about the lowest number—it’s about the right number.

    His background in the field means he visualizes the jobsite before and while he builds the takeoff. He accounts for the real-world logistics, soil conditions, and operational challenges that automated software often misses. Specializing in complex earthwork and infrastructure projects, Mike acts as a strategic partner to our Clients, helping them identify scope gaps and value-engineering opportunities before the bid is even submitted.

    When he’s not digging into plans, Mike is focused on building long-term relationships, and ensuring MY Estimating remains a trusted name in the local industry.
